West Brompton
West Brompton is the part of London that gets called Chelsea when it's for sale and Earl's Court when someone asks why it's cheaper. Its most famous landmark is a cemetery and the next two are hospitals. The canal that was supposed to make its fortune folded within a generation, and all that's left is a stub of bridge you can stare at from platform four while you wait for a train. Even the borough boundary couldn't commit: it follows a creek the railway mostly buried, so which council you pay depends on which side of the tracks you bought.
