Battersea
Battersea spent a century being the wrong side of the river and has now priced itself out of believing it. Its most famous building is a power station that stopped generating anything except brochures, and its busiest station is named after Clapham, a slight the locals have stopped bringing up at dinner parties. The lavender that gave Lavender Hill its name went long ago; the people who can afford to look at where it used to grow got there much more recently.
