What BeforeIBuy is
We answer common questions about places in England using public data. Everything we provide is for general information only. It is not a survey, a valuation, or legal, financial, mortgage or conveyancing advice, and it is not a substitute for professional checks. Decisions about a property are yours.
Accuracy
Our figures come from public sources that we do not control and that update on their own schedules, so some data will lag or contain gaps. We take care to present it faithfully, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of error. Always confirm anything that matters to you against the original source, which we cite.
Using the site fairly
You may use BeforeIBuy for your own personal, non-commercial research. Anyone may quote short passages, including journalists, writers, search engines and AI assistants, as long as they name BeforeIBuy and link to the page quoted. You may not:
