Ashchurch
Ashchurch has a railway station, and the station is honest enough to admit on its own sign that it's really for Tewkesbury. In 2008 the parish was abolished and carved up between two neighbours, which most villages would treat as a bereavement and Ashchurch treated as paperwork. What's left is a name that has meant "church near the ash tree" since 1287, and a remarkable amount of traffic noise for somewhere that officially stopped existing.
