West Horsley

Where the home office has its own wing·Surrey·South East England

West Horsley is the Horsley that let its neighbour keep the station and kept the long drives for itself. It was burnt to the ground in 1066 for backing the wrong king, and it seems to have spent the last thousand years making sure it never ends up on the losing side of anything again, planning committees included. The commute now runs from the kitchen to a laptop in the converted garage, and the hardest decision of the day is which car to take to the shops it shares with East Horsley.
