Seaford
Seaford is where people move once they've quietly accepted the exciting part is over. The beach isn't even real; Newhaven's harbour ate the original one, so a million tonnes of dredged sand got dumped back on the shore and the sea started trying to take it out to sea again within months. The town's most famous former pupil sold state secrets to the Russians. He was the interesting one.
