Highbury

Grand old houses, now sold by the floor·Greater London·London

Highbury is where Arsenal played until 2006, when even the football club decided it needed somewhere bigger than a north London flat. The old stadium was turned into apartments with the pitch kept as a private garden, so people now pay a service charge to look at grass where the Invincibles once won the league. Everyone else is in a tall Victorian or Edwardian house split three ways, describing the place as Highbury Fields-adjacent, which on a map means a short walk and on a deposit means the whole point.
