Eastleigh
Eastleigh is what happens when a railway needs somewhere to keep its trains and a town turns up around the sheds. It sits between Southampton and Winchester, which is a polite way of saying it sits between the two places people were actually trying to get to. Its best-known resident is a Spitfire, which is a plane, and the biggest thing in town is an airport whose whole purpose is helping people leave.
