Congresbury
Congresbury is named after a saint who performed three miracles here and then, going by the place, decided that was quite enough achievement for one location. The Iron Age lot built a fort on Cadbury Hill, the Romans left a villa and a hoard of coins, and in the two thousand years since, the village has worked hard to ensure nothing that interesting happens again. It is green, it is comfortable, and the teenagers are loaded onto transport each morning and driven to the next village for secondary school, presumably before they get ideas. The most reliable drama left is the Congresbury Yeo, which floods whenever it fancies reminding everyone that the Somerset Levels were a swamp first.
