Berrylands
Berrylands was built in one go on a farm in the 1930s, so every house looks like the one next to it and every owner can explain, at length, why theirs is different. Its borders run on confidence: locals have claimed a park that officially belongs to New Malden and a primary school that officially belongs to Tolworth, and the maps are yet to win the argument. The farmhouse it replaced still turns up as foundations in a few back gardens, which is about as much history as the place has room for. The water treatment works over the railway is the only neighbour nobody has tried to claim.
