Tisbury

Tisbury is the countryside for people who want to be able to leave it by lunchtime, which is what the mainline station is actually for, whatever the estate agent says about the church. The biggest tithe barn in England now hangs contemporary art, and up the road a man built the tallest private house in the country and then stood back and watched the tower come down. Very pretty, very protected, and entirely used to money turning up with an opinion. Sleepy it isn't.
